2011 Audi A4 Review and Image

Audi launched the latest variant. Audi A4 sedan has been updated to share many design cues with the new A5 coupe, the brother of two-door A4, for the latest generation. It's also much bigger and stronger, too. It targets the BMW 3-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

Size attention. C-Class and rival 3-Series is the length of 185 inches - 4.5 inches longer than the previous A4, seven inches longer than BMW's colleagues, and four inches longer than his rival Mercedes. The new A4 is wider, at 71.9 inches. This exceeds the 3-Series wide by a fraction of an inch, while exceeding the C-Class by two inches and A4 before with just as much.

For the wheelbase of the car, now has grown to 110.6 inches, while interior space has increased by nearly one inch. Rear passenger knee room has grown 1.5 inches to 35.75 inches respectable. Compare with the C-Class and the 3-Series, the new A4 wheelbase is two inches larger.

Although only one engine, there are three transmissions to choose from. The first is a six-speed manual transmission, both for the cruise zero-to-60 just 6.4 seconds, with a return 22 cities, and highway 30 miles per gallon. This of course is mated to a sporty quattro all-wheel-drive.

Eight Tiptronic will lower fuel economy to 21 city, 29 highway, and add two tenths with zero time-to-60. This model is also equipped with quattro all-wheel drive.

Multitronic CVT transmission, which returns highway fuel economy of 31 mpg best, with ratings of 21, and the acceleration of no more than three in just 7.1 seconds. This is a transmission only uses FrontTrak front-wheel drive, not quattro all-wheel drive.
